Girls Weekend 2007

Last October Ken and I went to a B&B for our anniversary. The only other people on the property were two groups of ladies - one group in their early 40s, and the other group in their 60s. One of the 60s asked one of the 40s what the occassion was, and they said they've been getting together every year since college. "Same here!"

I was so jealous!

Fast forward a bit.

Ken asked me (in January?) what I wanted for my 30th birthday in April. I told him I wanted a girls weekend! He thought it was a great idea so I got in touch with some awesome gals from college who are still in the area and the rest is history. :)

We've decided to make it an annual event.
